SCORM are a suite of technical standards that enable web-based learning systems to find, import, share, reuse and export content in a standardized manner. It is aimed at vendors who build Learning management Systems, so that their tools conform to these standards.

LMS implementation: The Learning Management System or Learning content management system is a suite of services like content creation services, content management services, testing assessment services, tracking services and so on. Usually these paths don't need to be tracked, unless in the case of web site performance and effectiveness measurements.

But, in a Learning Management System, complex learning behaviors are studied and analyzed before structuring and designing a learning course or module.
